To Make Our World Better by enhancing the ability of citizens to access government services that ensure, sustain, and improve their quality of life.
We combine innovative technologies and modern working methods to achieve results that positively impact citizens and their communities by collaborating with the government to create efficient, easy to use, citizen-centric solutions.
Our four executives, Buck Keswani, Karlene Stecchi, Rhian Thompson, and Raj Nair are proud to represent diverse backgrounds and skill sets. They believe in providing all of our team members with the opportunities and support they need to thrive professionally. Their leadership is driven by their call to serve—serve their employees, serve their communities, and serve their nation.
Buck Keswani grew up in a large Indian-Chinese family in Vienna. With all of his extended family members living on the same street, he was always surrounded by people and grew to appreciate the importance of human connection. His parents, who were also business owners, told him to “never start a business.” With that in mind, Buck founded Tantus Tech.
Buck’s desire to start Tantus Tech stemmed from a recurring feeling of disconnect in delivery after his experiences working with other companies. He believed that clients deserved more: more passion, more attention, and better pricing. He knew that he could do things better, and after receiving project requests from ex-colleagues, he did.
Buck strongly believes in doing the right thing. And, to the best of his abilities, strives to treat everyone fairly, maintain his personal and professional integrity, and make a positive difference in the world.
Since joining the Tantus team in 2009, Karlene Stecchi has been the driving force behind Tantus Tech’s growth strategy and corporate operations. Now the EVP, Karlene is dedicated to bringing Tantus Tech’s vision to life with every client and employee interaction. She is committed to developing the next wave of Federal contracting leadership - and is actively involved in ACT-IAC. Karlene has served as Industry Chair for the Voyagers Leadership Program in 2020, Industry Vice Chair for their inaugural Associates's Program, and currently serves as Industry Vice Chair for the Voyagers 2021 class.
As a mother of two young sons - you can also catch Karlene cheering on her children at the local skatepark.
